French Avenue Obsidian is a beautifully crafted Citrus Woody fragrance that combines the refreshment of bright citrus with the depths of resinous woods. Created for both men and women to share, this compelling fragrance combines a dynamic blend of bright citrus and rich woody accords into a sophisticated and rich fragrance experience.
The notes evolve through three dynamic phases consisting of an invigorating top, a full, rich aroma, and a warmly sensual dry down.
The top notes include grapefruit, aldehydes, and bergamot. They give a freshness to the perfume. The grapefruit adds a nature-fresh touch to the perfume, and the aldehydes add airiness to the fragrance. The bergamot adds a bitter undertone to the perfume to enhance its freshness.
As dries down, the heart reveals a beautiful combination of myrrh, labdanum, and jasmine. The myrrh creates a sense of exotic depth, while the labdanum adds warmth and balsamic depth. The jasmine adds a soft floral note to balance out the depth of the resins.
Ends with a sweet and welcoming base fragrance composed of amber, tonka bean, and vanilla. While the amber imparts a rich resiny quality to the fragrance, the tonka bean contributes a sweet, slightly nutty richness to the base. The vanilla imparts a creamy sweetness.
