1. Dispatch & Processing
We know you're excited to receive your scents.
Speed: All orders placed and paid after 11:00 AM (German time) will be processed and shipped on the next working day, resulting in an additional day added to the estimated delivery time. Orders submitted after 11:00 AM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday, with the delivery timeframe adjusted accordingly.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Times
We offer reliable shipping via Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes, and GLS.
Germany: Standard 3-5 days / Express 1-4 days
Italy & Romania: Express 3-9 days
Rest of EU: Standard 6-13 days / Express 2-6 days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we ship promptly, external factors like customs or courier strikes may occasionally impact schedules.
3. Delivery Responsibility & Accuracy
To ensure your package reaches you safely, please ensure:
Identification: Your name must be clearly visible on your mailbox or doorbell.
Correct Data: Your shipping address must be 100% accurate at checkout.
Shipping is only available to residential addresses; deliveries to Packstations or Packfiliale are not supported.
Note on Returns: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a missing name on the mailbox, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Furthermore, the direct cost of the return shipping (the fee the courier charges us to send it back) will be deducted from your refund.
4. Special Instructions for Italy
To avoid delivery issues common with Poste Italiane, we highly recommend registering for the free PostePlus service. This ensures you can manage your delivery window and avoid "Return to Sender" fees.
5. Missing or Damaged Items
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the items.
6. International & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
